Truck Driver – Delivery & Customer Service

About the role

Packaging Corporation of America is seeking reliable truck drivers to deliver customer orders across the United States. The position involves working all shifts, including weekends, operating company trucks, and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Transport and deliver orders to customers, verifying shipment accuracy.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Maintain accurate logbooks or electronic logs and report any equipment issues.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards while on the road.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Class A Commercial Driver’s License with at least one year of tractor‑trailer experience.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Dependable, safety‑conscious with a strong on‑time performance record.
• Excellent driving record; customer service orientation.

Required skills

• Class A CDL.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle inspection procedures.
• Experience with electronic on‑board recorder (EOBR) systems (preferred).
