Travel RN Med Surg – Night Shift – $1,757/week

About the role

ARMStaffing is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Med‑Surg team on a night‑shift travel assignment in Palestine, Texas. This 13‑week contract offers a fast‑paced environment where you will deliver high‑quality patient care during the 19:00‑07:00 shift.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and vital‑sign monitoring.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and post‑discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist with acute interventions as needed.

Required profile

• Current RN license in Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Hospital experience preferred.
