Transport Driver Level IV

About the role

The Transport Driver Level IV is responsible for safely moving heavy equipment and machines between customer sites and company facilities. This role requires strict adherence to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect trucks and trailers before dispatch to ensure all equipment meets operating and safety requirements.
• Load, haul, and unload machines at customer job sites or company facilities.
• Maintain the appearance of equipment and promptly notify the dispatcher of any issues.
• Stay current with state and federal transportation laws and DOT regulations.
• Keep an accurate log book and ensure all required haul documents are available.
• Monitor equipment for customer misuse, record damages, and report them to the dispatcher.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
