Training & Development Specialist – Manufacturing Focus

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and manage hands‑on learning programs for our manufacturing workforce. You will bridge operational efficiency with human potential, shaping career paths and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training modules for safety, compliance, equipment operation, and quality assurance.
• Translate technical manuals into engaging, easy‑to‑digest learning content.
• Maintain the annual training schedule, ensuring no disruption to production shifts.
• Conduct skills‑gap analyses and needs assessments across departments.
• Collaborate with leadership to create structured career paths and guide employees toward development opportunities.
• Track all training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate quarterly performance reviews and turn review data into actionable training initiatives.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events such as town halls, appreciation weeks, and team‑building activities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop training programs that reduce onboarding ramp‑up time and improve safety metrics.
