About the role
Studs is seeking an Associate Manager to support its Talent & Employee Relations function. The role handles the day‑to‑day administration of employee‑relations cases and coordinates learning‑and‑development activities, allowing senior leadership to focus on strategic partnership and system design.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee‑relations cases in People OS, including intake, documentation, corrective‑action forms, and case closure.
- Coordinate leave‑of‑absence (LOA) processes end‑to‑end, handling state‑specific paperwork, timeline tracking and handoff to HR Operations for payroll and HRIS execution.
- Maintain case‑queue integrity, monitor service‑level agreements, flag aging or incomplete cases and prepare status summaries for HR Business Partners.
- Prepare corrective‑action documentation and meeting materials, ensuring accuracy before manager discussions.
- Administer the annual training calendar, schedule sessions, manage logistics, and track attendance for studio and headquarters staff.
- Operate the Learning Management System (LMS), enroll participants, monitor completion, generate compliance reports and escalate non‑completion.
- Support onboarding by maintaining onboarding bundles, tracking cohort progress and reporting gaps.
- Collaborate with HR Operations on leave handoffs and ensure payroll implications are addressed.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented professional comfortable handling high‑volume, compliance‑sensitive processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple case queues and training programs simultaneously.
- Proactive communicator who escalates judgment calls promptly.
- Experience working with HR partners and field managers.
