Human Resources Manager – Remote

About the role

RedRock 1868 is seeking a full‑time Remote Human Resources Manager to lead its people strategy. You will partner with leadership to shape HR initiatives that support the company’s growth in the utilities and technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding and performance management.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and ethical labor practices.
• Develop and implement HR policies, strategies and reporting systems aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to promote an inclusive, engaging workplace culture.
• Maintain HR platforms and provide workforce analytics to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management, employee relations and performance evaluation.
• Strong background in talent acquisition, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Solid knowledge of HR compliance, employment legislation and ethical practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP or PHR) preferred.
• Experience in the utilities or technology sectors is a plus.
