Training and Employee Experience Specialist, Distribution Center

About the role

The Training and Employee Experience Specialist will lead HR training, onboarding, and development initiatives for our distribution center, ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and a strong talent pipeline. This role partners closely with the NA Talent Development team and supports LVMH Beauty’s commitment to excellence and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver mandatory regulatory training programs, including compliance, ethics, and anti‑harassment.
• Maintain accurate training records to meet company and legal requirements, reducing risk of violations.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding for new hires, designing internship programs and integrating DEI principles.
• Design, implement, and evaluate employee development and leadership programs aligned with business objectives.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, analyze feedback, and implement improvements to foster a collaborative culture.
• Communicate program updates and outcomes to stakeholders, representing the training function across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR training, compliance, onboarding, or learning and development.
• Strong understanding of DEI integration within training and employee experience.
• Ability to conduct needs assessments and align programs with business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
