Tier 1 IT Support Technician (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Tier 1 IT Support Technician to provide remote technical assistance, handle POS and network issues, and ensure smooth operations for our clients. This full‑time remote position offers the chance to work with a dynamic team that values innovation and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users remotely
• Assist with POS systems and pen‑pad issues
• Resolve network and printer problems
• Log and escalate tickets as needed
• Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex issues
• Follow documentation for troubleshooting

Required profile

• Basic experience with computers
• CompTIA+ certification or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Reliability in logging and escalating tickets
