Temporary Leasing Professional – The Avenue Hollywood

About the role

We are seeking a Temporary Leasing Professional to join the team at The Avenue Hollywood, a vibrant community of 180 stabilized units in Los Angeles. In this full‑time position you will drive leasing activity, support resident satisfaction, and help achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and apartment showings.
• Process leasing applications, perform credit and background screenings, and prepare lease documents.
• Maintain accurate leasing records in the property management system.
• Assist current residents with inquiries and support lease renewal efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies that boost occupancy.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience in a residential property setting.
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am – 6 pm (schedule may adjust to business needs).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate clearly with prospects and residents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Onesite leasing platform.
• Experience using ILM (Integrated Leasing Management) software.
