Technology Test Analyst

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Technology Test Analyst to join its Engineering unit in San Jose, CA. The role focuses on automated and mobile testing, contributing to the delivery of product‑centric solutions that leverage AI, ML and predictive analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops to capture user requirements and document stakeholder needs.
• Participate in design discussions, create process documentation and develop code according to detailed specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, report defects and support performance enhancements.
• Assist with integration of new software features and ensure smooth transitions within existing systems.
• Monitor live applications, troubleshoot issues promptly and maintain comprehensive documentation for ongoing maintenance.
