Technical Project Manager

About the role

Coder seeks an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, high‑stakes engineering programs. You will operate with autonomy, shaping strategy and execution while partnering with senior engineering and product leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own engineering programs end‑to‑end, from definition through delivery and iteration across multiple teams.
• Manage scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks, driving trade‑offs to written decisions and accountability.
• Work hands‑on with engineers and product managers to influence architectural and interface decisions.
• Serve as the central coordination point across engineering, product, design, security, and go‑to‑market teams.
• Run the operating cadence and deliver clear updates on program health, risks, and trade‑offs to technical, executive, and customer stakeholders.
• Improve engineering productivity through better tooling and lightweight processes, including AI‑native tooling.

Required profile

• 7+ years in technical program management, delivering complex multi‑team outcomes.
• Deep technical intuition to read design docs, surface hidden assumptions, and argue sequencing.
• Track record of delivering at scale, meeting external commitments such as GA launches or regulated deadlines.
• Strong organizational influence, able to set agenda and move teams without direct reporting lines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Judgment to apply just enough process to move fast while maintaining rigor.
