Technical Account Manager

About the role

Ambient.ai is looking for a Technical Account Manager to own the end‑to‑end customer success journey for its AI‑driven physical security platform. You will act as the trusted bridge between large enterprise customers and our technology, ensuring smooth deployment, rapid adoption, and measurable security outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment, onboarding and operational adoption for enterprise customers.
• Translate technical capabilities of the AI platform into concrete business results.
• Drive retention, expansion and upsell opportunities through trusted advisory relationships.
• Collaborate with customers’ security, IT and operations teams to align solutions with their processes.
• Monitor usage metrics, troubleshoot issues and maintain momentum throughout the customer lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical account management, field engineering or related enterprise technology roles.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale SaaS security deployments.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience working with AI‑driven products and security solutions.

• Base salary $150,000 – $165,000 per year.
