Team Lead, Email Deliverability

About the role

Braze is looking for a technically‑versed Email Deliverability Team Lead to head a regional group of deliverability experts. You will own a portfolio of customers, guide best‑practice recommendations, and help maximize the impact of email campaigns sent through Braze.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced deliverability support to customers and internal teams.
• Manage a small portfolio of clients with paid Deliverability Services Consulting entitlements.
• Oversee, mentor, and grow a regional team of deliverability consultants.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex deliverability issues, driving retention and value.
• Develop long‑term strategic deliverability plans for high‑visibility brands.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales, and Growth to improve overall customer experience.
