Talent Partner – Enterprise Talent Development

About the role

The Talent Partner is a senior, strategic HR professional responsible for shaping enterprise‑wide talent development, leadership readiness, and succession planning across Driscoll’s of the Americas (DOTA). Based in Watsonville, California, the role works closely with business leaders, HR Business Advisors, HR Business Partners, and Global Talent Centers of Expertise to create a data‑driven talent strategy that supports business performance and long‑term capability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a multi‑country talent development strategy aligned with DOTA’s business priorities.
• Partner with HRBPs, HRBAs, and senior leaders to translate strategic objectives into capability, leadership, and succession priorities.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to assess talent health, identify risks, and inform leadership decisions.
• Lead and evolve DOTA‑wide talent and succession review processes, ensuring rigor, calibration, and actionable outcomes.
• Define and maintain critical role profiles and success criteria across functions and geographies.
• Collaborate with Global CoEs and regional HR teams to reinforce a consistent leadership and performance culture.
• Serve as enterprise owner of a global talent initiative within the Global Talent CoE, ensuring consistency and measurable impact.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in talent development, leadership readiness, or succession planning within large, global or matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into enterprise‑level talent priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive talent decisions.
• Excellent partnership and influencing skills with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to ~30%.
