About the role

Beast Industries is scaling its go‑to‑market and marketing organizations and needs a senior recruiter to build the talent foundation for this growth. As a Principal GTM Recruiter you will lead high‑impact hiring across marketing, growth, brand, partnerships and other commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for GTM and marketing teams, including brand, growth, partnerships, communications and lifecycle marketing.
• Partner directly with senior leaders to translate hiring plans into recruiting strategies and execution plans.
• Build and manage high‑priority searches across multiple functions and levels simultaneously.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
• Drive talent calibration and candidate evaluation while maintaining speed and quality.

Required profile

• Proven ability to execute recruiting at scale with executive‑level partnership skills.
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and driving hiring strategy independently.
• Hands‑on recruiter with leadership experience, operational judgment and strong stakeholder management.
• Comfortable navigating executive conversations, candidate assessment, sourcing strategy and recruiting process design.
