Talent Advisor – Fargo, ND

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Talent Advisor to join its Fargo, ND office. In this full‑time, onsite position you will help drive employee engagement, development and performance while supporting the company’s talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute strategies that enhance employee engagement, creativity, development and performance.
• Design and run programs that improve redeployment, retention, skill development and internal communication.
• Communicate safety policies, standard methodologies and updates to talent.
• Identify and implement process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain operational efficiency and deliver high‑quality HR services to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented, hardworking with strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
• Effective communicator across multiple management levels.
• Minimum 2 + years of employee management, supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of HR and staffing practices, including onboarding, off‑boarding, talent management, employment law and contract language.
