Talent Acquisition Specialist (on-site)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Roseville team. This on‑site position partners closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional groups to attract top talent for engineering, facilities, electronics, IT and production roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding coordination.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and recruitment partners.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, records and reporting in the SmartRecruiters ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, schedule interviews and fill positions efficiently.
• Participate in employer branding activities and represent Bosch at career fairs and recruitment events.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and time‑to‑fill.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Keep stakeholders informed of hiring progress and pipeline activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including engineering, IT and non‑exempt roles.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience with SmartRecruiters preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
