Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

TechServ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the sourcing, screening, and hiring of candidates across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage end‑to‑end hiring processes that deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives and pipeline building.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks, job fairs, and recruitment events.
• Draft compelling job postings, descriptions, and interview questions.
• Screen resumes, portfolios, and references to compile shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Maintain recruitment records, interview notes, and communication logs.
• Provide regular updates to applicants and ensure a transparent hiring journey.
• Report recruiting and retention metrics to leadership and suggest process improvements.
• Manage special projects assigned by the Director of Human Resources.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates considered).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple requisitions.
