Training Supervisor

About the role

The Division of Business Services, Office of Professional Development is looking for a motivated Training Supervisor to lead a team of instructors delivering new‑hire, job‑specific and soft‑skill training across the Division of Developmental Disabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise training instructors and ensure high‑quality delivery of all training programs.
• Implement the Arizona Management System within the training team.
• Apply adult‑learning principles, manage learning management systems and survey instruments.
• Conduct evaluations using the Phillips ROI Model and track training outcomes.
• Plan and coordinate training projects, collaborate via social‑media platforms, and maintain organization and tracking systems.
• Analyze problems, research solutions, and resolve issues related to training delivery.
• Facilitate meetings, produce reports, and manage scheduling and tracking of training activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, e‑Learning, Human Resources Development, Adult Education, Psychology, English or a related field.
• At least three years of experience as a trainer or instructional designer.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
