Sustainability Intern (10‑12 week summer internship)

About the role

The Sustainability Intern will support Ocean Spray’s sustainability initiatives by working closely with the Sustainability Team and cross‑functional stakeholders. This 10‑12‑week summer internship provides hands‑on experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive environmental performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze sustainability data for internal reporting and customer requests.
• Collaborate with the Sustainability Team and other departments to advance sustainability projects.
• Participate in meetings, shadow team members, and contribute to ad‑hoc sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail for data validation and reporting accuracy.
• Research and critical‑thinking abilities to review audits and sustainability research.
• Clear communication and organizational skills to document findings and support cross‑functional projects.

Required skills

• Excel (advanced data‑management and analysis).
• Data analysis of large, complex datasets.
