Supply Chain Data Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a remote Supply Chain Data Analyst to support Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) reference data. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, driving operational efficiency, and providing data‑driven insights across O2C functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, analyze, and manage reference data across O2C processes such as demand capture, customer shelf life, order filtering, claims & deductions, and returns.
• Maintain and support Customer Material Info Record (CMIR) data and related systems.
• Own and manage tools including the Hybris B2B Customer Portal, Sample Order Team room, and Notice Distribution System (NDS) for data quality and cleansing.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and Power Query.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimise processes and operational efficiency.
• Manage communication on critical incidents and their business impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Quality, Customer Service and other cross‑functional teams.
• Identify issues, analyse root causes, and escalate according to defined criteria.

Required profile

• Experience with O2C reference data management and analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and process optimisation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and partner with cross‑functional teams.
