Superintendent - Multi-Family Construction

About the role

Path Construction is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead ground‑up mid‑rise multi‑family projects in the Chicago area. You will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction on diverse commercial sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage subcontractors across all trades.
• Oversee project phases from planning through completion for both public and private works.
• Administer site safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Represent the company in customer service interactions and manage quality‑control programs.
• Apply expert knowledge of construction techniques across concrete, masonry, metals, wood, plastics, and specialty systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of building and construction management experience.
• Specific experience with ground‑up mid‑rise multi‑family projects.
• OSHA site safety experience.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with modern construction technology.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel as needed.
