Studio Coordinator / Manager

About the role

Remilia Corporation, a design, fashion and creative agency with studios in California and Seoul, is seeking a full‑time Studio Coordinator / Manager to work closely with the CEO and Creative Director. You will shadow leadership in meetings, studio sessions and calls, ensuring smooth communication and project flow across a global network of artists, designers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Shadow the principal across all meetings, calls, studio time and site visits.
• Take clear, structured notes and translate them into actionable follow‑ups.
• Draft emails and communications on behalf of leadership for internal teams, partners, clients and artists.
• Track projects across mediums and collaborators, flagging issues early.
• Facilitate communication between California and Seoul teams and external creative partners.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in a creative environment such as an agency, studio, production house, gallery or publication.
• Sharp writer with clear, adaptable communication style and no fluff.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple threads without losing them.
• Detail‑oriented with strong note‑taking abilities.
• High emotional intelligence, able to read rooms and adjust tone.
• Comfortable working with artists, experimentalists and strong personalities.
• Engaged with contemporary art, fashion, music or design culture.
• Familiarity with East Asian business culture a plus; Korean, Japanese or Mandarin a bonus.
• Flexible hours to accommodate time zones and fast‑moving projects.
