Creative Operations Intern

About the role

Remilia Corporation, a design, fashion and creative agency with studios in California and Seoul, is seeking a Creative Operations Intern to keep creative projects organized and moving across both physical and digital production. You will support shoots, events, campaigns, and digital projects from planning through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support production planning across shoots, events, campaigns, and digital projects.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets across physical and digital workstreams.
• Coordinate schedules and handoffs across internal teams and external collaborators.
• Manage logistics for physical production (equipment, materials, travel, call sheets) and workflows for digital production (asset delivery, version control, file organization).
• Maintain project documentation and creative asset archives, assist on‑site at shoots and events, and help source vendors and freelancers.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate (0–2 years experience) in a relevant field.
• Highly organized, clear communicator, and calm under pressure.
• Resourceful problem‑solver with interest in fashion, art, or cultural production.
• Familiarity with East Asian markets and culture is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and project‑management tools such as Notion, Airtable, and Google Sheets.
