Strategy & Operations Lead, Enterprise Marketing

About the role

Anthropic is building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. The Strategy & Operations Lead for Enterprise Marketing will design and own the operating system that drives demand generation for Claude across businesses, shaping how the team plans, decides, and holds itself accountable as it scales.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run the operating cadence, including weekly business reviews, monthly all‑team meetings, finance and recruiting reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Improve internal communication by cutting noise in written channels and designing meetings that lead to concrete decisions.
• Lead the annual and half‑year planning cycles, author top‑down directional targets aligned with company revenue goals, and pressure‑test plans without direct authority over functional owners.
• Build a return‑on‑investment framework from scratch with finance partners, linking spend and headcount to performance outcomes.
• Leverage Claude to automate routine tasks, increase rigor, and generate proof points for customers.
• Write memos, construct financial models, and run decision‑making meetings independently.
