Strategy Consultant – Retail Banking

About the role

This newly created position sits within the Consumer Banking organization and acts as an internal consultant to senior leadership. The role focuses on turning data‑driven insights into strategic recommendations that drive growth and improve performance across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities across retail banking, lending, and wealth & insurance.
• Assess strategic initiatives and translate findings into executive‑level recommendations.
• Provide analytical support for branch performance, product initiatives, and overall financial performance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with leadership teams to shape customer growth strategy.

Required profile

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent executive‑level communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with senior leadership in financial services or banking.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and solid business analysis capabilities.
