About the role

Santander is seeking a part‑time teller to join its Boyertown branch. In this customer‑focused position you will handle daily cash transactions, provide banking assistance, and promote digital self‑service options while ensuring a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
Deliver prompt, courteous service, minimize wait times and address customer inquiries.
Identify and refer opportunities to cross‑sell bank products.
Follow all compliance, risk‑management and fraud‑prevention procedures.
Support branch operations such as audits, custodial tasks and occasional assistance to nearby locations.
Maintain a clean, organized work area.

Required profile

High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
At least 6 months cash‑handling experience.
Minimum 6 months customer‑service experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work flexible branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
Effective communication and listening skills.

Required skills

Basic computer proficiency.
Fundamental math skills.
