Strategic Implementation Consultant (AI Platform)

About the role

StartupOS is seeking a Strategic Implementation Consultant to lead post‑sale engagements for its AI‑native operating system. You will work within a focused pod that targets venture‑capital and investor workflows, guiding customers from onboarding through adoption and value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of StartupOS solutions for enterprise customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact after the sale, managing onboarding, rollout, and adoption.
• Translate customer workflows and pain points into tailored AI‑enabled processes.
• Manage implementation timelines, deliverables, and program execution.
• Partner with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide structured feedback to influence product roadmap and implementation strategy.
• Develop repeatable implementation frameworks and identify expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, strategy, operations, or customer transformation roles.
• Background from a top‑tier consulting firm or similarly rigorous environment (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture).
• Experience working with venture‑capital or investor workflow contexts.
• Strong ability to solve complex operational problems and work with senior stakeholders.
