Spanish Speaking Field Nurse Supervisor – Atlanta, GA

About the role

We are seeking a Spanish‑speaking Field Nurse Supervisor to lead and coordinate home health care for clients in the Atlanta area. The role combines direct clinical oversight with administrative responsibilities, ensuring high‑quality care for patients with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and other complex conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise clinical and non‑clinical staff delivering in‑home care.
• Develop, implement and update individualized client care plans.
• Ensure all admission paperwork and client files meet state regulatory requirements.
• Create concise “client cheat sheets” for scheduling coordinators and caregivers.
• Conduct supervisory visits, performance reviews and staff in‑services.
• Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, case managers and families.
• Monitor shift coverage, prioritize caregiver assignments and address any issues promptly.
• Provide counseling and support to clients and their families.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in home health or acute care settings, preferably with traumatic brain injury or spinal cord injury patients.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing home health agencies.
• Ability to travel two to four nights per month out of town.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
