About the role
The Solutions Consultant is a client‑facing, hybrid position based in New York City. Reporting to the Senior Director of Solutions Consulting & Revenue Enablement, the role partners with Sales and Client Success to accelerate enterprise deals, translate platform capabilities into business outcomes, and support long‑term adoption of Zeta’s AI‑powered marketing cloud.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales on net‑new opportunities: discovery, requirements mapping, solution design, platform demos, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Collaborate with Client Success on upsell, cross‑sell, new product adoption, and strategic account growth.
- Translate technical capabilities into ROI‑focused narratives and reduce deal risk through credible validation.
- Guide customers on data flow, integration, security, and technical feasibility across identity, enrichment, activation, and measurement.
- Support proof‑of‑concepts and solution validation exercises.
- Assist in multi‑product packaging, pricing discussions, and commercial alignment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in enterprise pre‑sales, solutions consulting, or a similar client‑facing technical role.
- Strong ability to map technical features to business outcomes and ROI.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
- Comfort working with cross‑functional teams and complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
