Solution Consultant – Compass

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Solution Consultant to drive adoption and growth of Veeva Data Cloud’s Compass suite. The role blends deep technical data expertise with a consultative, client‑facing approach, supporting pre‑sales engagements for life‑science customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the go‑to expert on Veeva Compass and HCP Access, articulating value propositions and addressing customer objections.
• Design and deliver custom data assessments and product demonstrations that showcase how Compass solves commercial use cases.
• Contribute to and refine the pre‑sales framework, creating repeatable processes and analysis templates.
• Manage multiple analytics projects, ensuring on‑time delivery and high‑quality outcomes.
• Collect market feedback and share insights with product teams to influence roadmap and feature releases.

Required profile

• 8+ years of healthcare data or analytics experience, preferably in oncology or rare disease.
• Proven ability to engage all levels of client organizations and work with commercial life‑science teams.
• Strong critical thinking, presentation, and advisory skills.

Required skills

• SQL for large dataset analysis.
• Project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Data visualization platforms: Tableau, Power BI, Sigma.
