Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

Wish You Were Here Group is looking for an innovative Social Media Marketing Manager to shape the digital voice of its multi‑concept hospitality portfolio across the United States. You will craft and execute a cohesive social strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and storytelling for each restaurant and nightlife concept.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for all WYWHG concepts.
• Create and manage monthly editorial and visual calendars for national and local initiatives.
• Produce high‑impact photo, video, graphic, and written content tailored to each venue.
• Oversee content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Manage group‑level accounts while supporting location‑level pages to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments and DMs, and nurture community engagement.
• Collaborate with PR, hotel partners, influencers and brand advocates on campaigns, openings and promotions.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement and growth, and optimize strategy based on analytics.
