About the role
Starface is looking for a Director of Social Media Marketing to shape and execute the brand’s social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will own the organic social ecosystem while aligning it with paid efforts to deepen community engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve the overall social media and platform strategy.
- Lead the social content calendar, ensuring timely, culturally relevant posts.
- Integrate performance insights with creative briefs to drive impactful campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to synchronize organic and paid social initiatives.
- Monitor emerging trends and platform updates to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
