Social Media Manager – Remote

About the role

Highlight Social is seeking a remote Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media initiatives for agency clients and the brand itself. You will craft platform‑native storytelling that drives engagement and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create, schedule, and maintain content calendars aligned with campaign objectives.
• Manage community engagement through timely responses and proactive interaction.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure social content supports broader campaign goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, emerging formats, and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing brand accounts on major social platforms.
• Excellent written communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong background in content strategy and campaign alignment.
• Experience using social media analytics tools to report performance and refine tactics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating cross‑functionally.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including paid social campaigns.
• Prior agency or fast‑paced creative environment experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent practical experience.
