ServiceNow Platform Architect

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, health, and evolution of our ServiceNow environment. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to define strategies, ensure best‑practice architecture, and drive value through the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standards for ServiceNow platform health and architecture.
• Provide technical guidance across platform‑wide solutions and advise customers in a consulting capacity.
• Assess platform health (performance, manageability, scalability, security, upgradability) and create aligned short‑ and long‑term strategies.
• Lead CMDB health improvement initiatives and implement Common Service Data Model (CSDM) best practices.
• Manage ServiceNow upgrades, simplify customizations, and enable rapid adoption of new features.
• Design and execute migration processes using Update Sets, XML, cloning, and deployment tools.
• Collaborate with customer platform teams to build a ServiceNow roadmap that matches business objectives and industry trends.
• Serve as the expert advisor in solutioning sessions, bridging gaps between technical and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• 12+ years of solution architecture experience, including 5+ years as a ServiceNow architect.
• At least two ServiceNow implementation projects, one for a large enterprise.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and advisory skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
