Service Technician – The Eliot on Ocean

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join the team at The Eliot on Ocean, a Greystar‑managed property in Revere, MA. The role focuses on maintaining the building’s physical systems, common areas, and amenities to ensure safety, functionality, and a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose the source of defects, and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property’s mechanical and electrical systems.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure all repairs meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, and safety.

Required profile

• Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow established procedures.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve building defects.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks and work in various building environments.
