Service Technician – Solace at The Ranch

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician for the Solace community at The Ranch. This full‑time position ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s high standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose defects or problems, make repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creating punch lists.
• Schedule and coordinate vendors and contractors for required maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with residents and coordinating with external service providers.
