Service Technician

About the role

Join a growing automotive dealership team as a Service Technician, working in a clean and safe environment. You will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of vehicle systems while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repair order tasks efficiently according to dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; conduct test drives.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional service needs.
• Complete online multi‑point inspection reports.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
• Broad knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast learner with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
• Computer literate and able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
