About the role

Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia is expanding its service department and is looking for skilled Automotive Service Technicians to join the team. The position is full‑time and offers a high flat‑rate, customer‑pay environment with guaranteed hours for the first 90 days.

Key responsibilities

• Perform automotive service and repair work in a customer‑pay, flat‑rate setting.
• Maintain productivity to benefit from the recently doubled customer‑pay hours.
• Participate in weekly cash spiffs and other performance incentives.

Required profile

• Experienced automotive technician willing to work full‑time.
• Ability to relocate toolbox with company‑covered expenses.
• Willingness to honor pre‑arranged vacation days.
