Service Technician – High Rise

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to maintain the high‑rise residential property at 44 Monroe in Phoenix. The role involves performing technical and mechanical tasks to ensure the building, its grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and conduct preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
  • Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors to address required maintenance before new move‑ins.
