Project Manager - Water Infrastructure

About the role

Civiltec Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water infrastructure projects. The role blends project management, technical leadership, team development, client relationship management, and business development. You will oversee projects from execution through completion while mentoring staff and engaging directly with clients and industry professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project execution, budgets, schedules, personnel, and sub‑consultants.
• Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates for water infrastructure projects.
• Provide bidding and construction support services.
• Mentor employees, develop their skills, and manage staff workload.
• Prepare proposals, identify opportunities, and help win new business.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of professional engineering experience, preferably in water infrastructure.
• Active California Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong project management and technical expertise.
• Experience managing budgets, staff, and client relationships.
• Interest or experience in business development and winning new work.
