About the role
The Service Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance across the property.
- Diagnose defects and execute repairs to maintain safety and functionality.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of property maintenance experience.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience with appliance repairs, painting and turnover repairs.
- Familiarity with lease‑up processes and property management software such as Yardi or Happy Co (preferred).
