About the role
IDR is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join a leading financial services client in New York. The role focuses on overseeing service delivery operations, ensuring high performance, and maintaining strong client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of direct reports across multiple locations, driving operational efficiency.
- Monitor service performance, address gaps, and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Hire, train, develop, motivate, and evaluate team members to build a high‑performing workforce.
- Collaborate with IT partners and other functions to provide the tools and skills needed for success.
- Develop and implement service improvement plans aligned with current and future business needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing teams in a technical or service delivery environment.
- Strong understanding of operational reporting and KPI management.
- Ability to lead, develop staff, and conduct performance reviews.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working onsite in New York and handling workflow related to contractual obligations.
