Data Analyst

About the role

Konrad is a next‑generation digital consultancy seeking an early‑to‑mid‑career Data Analyst. You will help clients turn raw data into actionable insights, supporting both internal and external teams with analytics and reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support client and internal teams in translating business questions into analytical requirements.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights under senior guidance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to monitor key metrics.
• Document metrics, definitions, and analytics processes.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts on data modeling and reporting layers.
• Communicate insights through visualizations, summaries, and presentations.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and analytical workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or analytics role.
• Programming experience in Python, Bash scripting, or R.
• Working proficiency in SQL.
• Foundational understanding of data modeling and analytics best practices.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs and metrics.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and causal analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Interest in data governance, privacy, and security best practices.
