Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact for customers at our authorized Volkswagen dealership. In this role you will guide customers through the repair process, provide clear communication, and ensure a positive service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to concerns, accurately document repair needs, and recommend maintenance based on technician findings.
• Provide clear estimates, timelines, and communicate updates throughout the service process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and conduct follow‑up after service visits.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of automotive service advising experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Sales‑oriented with confidence in explaining services.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
