SEO Specialist – Hybrid (Onsite in Hoffman Estates)

About the role

JumpFly is looking for an SEO Specialist to craft and optimise compelling, brand‑compliant content for a variety of client topics. You will blend strong writing abilities with a passion for solving technical SEO puzzles, helping clients achieve top performance in both paid and organic search.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimise business and blog content for SEO.
• Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies.
• Analyse SEO performance and produce actionable insights.
• Manage client SEO roadmaps and project timelines.
• Perform technical crawl and indexation analysis.
• Research and acquire high‑quality backlinks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in SEO digital marketing.
• Proven ability to write business‑focused blog content.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Within driving distance of Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
• Available for a hybrid schedule (in‑office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).

Required skills

• Proficiency with GSuite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of HTML.

What we offer

• Starting salary $55,000‑$65,000 USD per year, based on experience.
