SEO & Paid Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO + SEM / Paid Media Specialist to join a US‑based B2B marketing agency. The role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, managing SEO, AI search visibility (AIO/GEO) and paid‑media programs for B2B clients in energy, industrial, manufacturing and technology. You will work closely with the Account Manager who oversees the overall client program and relationship.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SEO and AIO/GEO for up to 5 client accounts, including audits, keyword and competitor research, content and on‑page optimization, and visibility in traditional and AI‑driven search.
• Manage Google Ads for up to 5 client accounts: Search and Display campaigns, keywords, bidding, budgets, conversion tracking and ad copy.
• Manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns for assigned clients.
• Track performance with GA4, Search Console, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Prepare monthly client reports with clear recommendations and next steps.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO and paid‑media experience with demonstrated results.
• Strong expertise in technical/on‑page SEO, keyword strategy, content optimization and competitive analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of AIO/GEO and AI‑search optimization.
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience preferred, or ability to become proficient within 90 days.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Databox, Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience managing U.S. B2B campaigns in energy, industrial, manufacturing or technology is a plus.
