Senior Software Engineer - CLO Compliance

About the role

Siepe is seeking a senior full‑stack software engineer with a strong backend focus to own and evolve its CLO compliance platform. You will work on everything from backend services and data models to Angular dashboards, exception workflows and reporting tools used daily by investment managers.

Key responsibilities

• Define precise feature specifications so AI can generate correct Angular components, validation logic and state management on the first pass.
• Create comprehensive test scenarios, including edge cases and non‑functional requirements, and validate AI‑generated tests.
• Set and enforce response‑time, bundle‑size, accessibility and rendering thresholds through automated checks.
• Own post‑deployment validation to ensure shipped code behaves as specified under real data and load.
• Drive large‑scale migrations from AngularJS to modern Angular and from legacy state to NgRx, guiding AI file‑by‑file.
• Design UI patterns for massive datasets using virtual scrolling, lazy loading and smart caching based on actual usage.
• Integrate with .NET/C# backend services via REST APIs, implementing robust error handling and security patterns.
• Shape the codebase with consistent conventions and clear component boundaries to improve AI output over time.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience with a focus on C# and .NET backend development.
• Strong expertise in Angular and TypeScript, emphasizing maintainability, accuracy and performance.
• Hands‑on experience building enterprise applications that handle complex workflows and large data sets.
• Systems mindset to translate business processes into scalable architecture, APIs, data models and test scenarios.
• Practical knowledge of NgRx and RxJS for managing long‑lived UI state.
• Experience reviewing and using AI‑generated code while ensuring quality, security and downstream impact.
• Background in financial services or other regulated environments is a plus, especially with CLOs or compliance monitoring.
