Senior Security Engineer

About the role

Blossom is seeking a technically driven Senior Security Engineer to protect its scalable digital products. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining security policies and procedures that safeguard data and ensure compliance across product and infrastructure layers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute cybersecurity strategy for both product and infrastructure layers.
• Design long‑term security architecture for systems, networks, and applications.
• Promote secure‑by‑design principles and align security practices with business goals.
• Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead security‑focused design and code reviews for complex systems.
• Investigate and resolve security incidents, including root‑cause analysis.
• Develop automation tools for continuous monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and compliance enforcement.
• Ensure compliance with PCI‑DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and work with legal/compliance teams.

Required profile

• Senior‑level security professional with strong technical expertise.
• Proven ability to act as a top technical authority and mentor engineering teams.
• Excellent judgment in risk evaluation and incident response.
