Senior Quality Manager

About the role

The Senior Quality Manager leads the Supplier Quality Surveillance (SQS) team across multiple markets, districts and projects. Reporting with minimal corporate supervision, you will recruit, develop and guide SQS Inspectors to ensure fabrication procedures and products meet contract specifications, codes and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, mentor and supervise district and project quality control personnel, including inspectors and managers.
• Coordinate staffing needs, assign qualified inspectors to projects, and collaborate with other districts to share resources.
• Assist project teams in establishing quality departments, preparing for kick‑off meetings, and defining Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and checklists.
• Perform inspections personally when required and work with third‑party agencies to meet inspection demand.
• Lead the disposition of shop findings, ensure code compliance with the ASME Quality Control Manual, and oversee the completion of all project quality records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Welding, Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience developing and implementing construction or procurement quality management programs in infrastructure, EPC, OGC or power sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ASME codes, API, NACE and ASTM standards.
